Lightning Form This mace allows the user to move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. While in this form the user's gains the Fly Speed of 120ft. In addition, the wielder can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. The first time it enters a creature's space on a turn, that creature takes 9 (2d8) lightning damage. This form can only be used once per short rest.
Proficiency with a Mace allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
