Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Wizard)
This dragon hide bound magical tome can only be opened and read by a wizard and requires attunement. Attunement of this spell book puts the wielder into a deep sleep for 24 hours. During attunement, the wielder loses physical prowess in exchange for superior intellect. Once attuned, you have -3 to Constitution, Strength, and Dexterity, and +10 to Intelligence. The cost for all known spells are reduced by 1 spell slot, and you may cast 2 cantrips per single attack.
