This amulet allows you to express your emotions when Jo casts spells. The item has 3 charges and regains all expended charges after a long rest. You can expend one charge as a reaction when Jo casts the spells: Fear, Intimidation, and Vicious Mockery. Expending a charge causes tears to roll down your face, nourishing your skin and healing you by 1 hit point per level of the spell cast.
