This wand was made very long ago by the most powerful artificer to ever walk the dungeons and dragons Earth. His ability to craft powerful magic items was powerful that not even he could control them. Sadly, I don’t remember the name of the artificer.

This magic artifact has one charge which recharges in 1d12 months after you expend the charge.

When you expend the charge, a meteor hits a random target. You are one of the possible targets. You can’t exclude anyone within your sight. The meteor kills the target it lands on unless it is a Way of the Long Death Monk who has at least ten ki points left. This meteor would then cause the monk to lose all of his or her ki points but they go back to maximum health.
