You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.

Additionally, while you are wildshaped or polymorphed and wearing this armor, your Armor Class cannot be lower than 13 + yours, or the creature's Dexterity modifier; whichever is higher.

This crude armor consists of thick furs and pelts.
