A 6 inch clear glass hollow globe. Has several small painted figurines made out of yew wood, with swiveling joints.

As an action you can shake the globe. It begins snowing inside the globe and it becomes chilled to the touch. The effect lasts for 6 seconds. After that time the globe immediately goes back to normal temperature and dry.

The snow globe is able to take a fond memory of the user, and manifest it using the figurines inside. For example: a user with a fond memory of a birthday will see the figures gather around a cake made out of compacted "snow". The effect lasts until the dawn of the next day, when the figures will return to a neutral pose.
