Amulet of Vision

When used, this item creates an astral projection of an entity that the user has come into contact with but has not seen directly or not studied. All stats of the creature are revealed, the user gets a clear image of the creature, and the creature can not engage in sneack attacks or sneak up on the user of the item. The creature also gains disadvantage at surprise attacks and stealth checks. The amulet will create a parchment with a rough sketch of each creature it describes.
