Legendary Two-Handed Weapon (Battle Axe), Requires Attunement
The Axe of Primordial Convergence is a legendary two-handed battle axe that embodies the union of necrotic, radiant, and fire energies, intricately linked to the primordial forces that shape the world. This weapon is not only a tool of destruction but a key to the cosmic bindings.
Abilities:
Elemental Fusion: The Axe of Primordial Convergence can be attuned to any one of its three elemental aspects: Necrotic, Radiant, or Fire. When attuned to a specific element, the axe deals additional damage of that type with each successful hit. The wielder can change the attunement once per long rest.
Searing Strikes: When attuned to the Fire aspect, the axe's strikes can ignite foes. On a successful hit, the target takes additional fire damage over time (2d6) for three rounds, unless they succeed on a Dexterity saving throw.
Divine Radiance: When attuned to the Radiant aspect, the axe emits a radiant aura that dispels darkness. The wielder can cast the Daylight spell once per day without expending a spell slot.
Necrotic Embrace: When attuned to the Necrotic aspect, the axe drains the life force of foes. On a successful hit, the wielder gains temporary hit points equal to half the necrotic damage dealt.
Proficiency with a Battleaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
