This amulet is in the form of a silver eagle claw clutching a bright green spherical stone.
Allows the wearer to shapeshift into a creature with a Challenge rating of 1/5th their level or less without using a Wild Shape slot. Item has two uses per day and resets at dawn. Upon transformation, the bearer is also healed for a 2d4+2 if they are not at maximum hit points.
