This legendary sword, forged from extremely light steel, has been wielded by many wizards over the centuries. No one recalls who commissioned the swords creation, only that it was forged by the elves when the race was still young.
This sword grants a +2 to saving throws and spell attacks and a +2 to AC. The sword, although not intelligent itself, draws from its wielder's mental energy to work as an extension of the mage's mind. As such, it uses the wizard's intelligence rather than his strength or dexterity when determining attacks.
The sword has 12 charges that can store up to four 3rd level spells or two 6th level spells.
Alternatively, you can spend charges to perform an Arcane Rend. You can choose to expel charges from the sword and add an additional 1d6 force damage to your strike, up to a maximum of 12d6 force damage.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Bonus: Spell Save DC, Bonus: Spell Attacks, Bonus: Magic Item Attack With Intelligence, must be attuned by a Wizard, Damage, Combat, Versatile, Sap
