Arrow of travel

An ornate golden arrow, with a ruby head. The user shoots the arrow using a ranged weapon attack, if the target is not a creature the GM determines AC/difficulty of shot. After the arrow impacts its target/destination, the shooter is teleported within 5ft of the space in which it landed. This feature can be used 4 times and is recharged after a long rest. If the user rolls a natural 1 on the attack roll the arrow only functions as a normal arrow but may be retreived by hand.
