Properties:
- Form of Concealment: Takes the appearance of a sheathed shortsword when not in use.
- Finesse: Can use Dexterity modifier instead of Strength for attack and damage rolls.
Abilities:
- Draconic Bane: Deals an additional 3d12 damage against dragons.
- Purity's Grace: Requires attunement by someone pure of heart. Prevents drawing by those with impure intentions.
- Stormrider's Valor: Once per day, grants advantage on saving throws against dragon abilities, resistance to lightning and thunder damage for 1 minute.
- Zephyr's Swiftness: After attacking, move without provoking opportunity attacks, movement speed +10 feet until end of turn.
