This lustrous anklet is ice cold to the touch, no matter what temperature it may be enduring at the time. Looking into its gemstone for an extended period of time is said to cause nightmares and an urge to consume flesh.

Your creature type becomes Undead. While attuned to this anklet, Undead creatures perceive you as one of their own unless they are intelligent enough to know otherwise. You gain advantage on Constitution saving throws, become immune to Necrotic and Poison damage, and become vulnerable to Radiant and Fire damage. Additionally, whenever you make a damage roll, you may choose for the damage type to become Necrotic instead.
Cursed
Once attuned to this magic item, it is impossible to unattune by mundane means. You must eat at least one ration's worth of meat a day. If you fail to do so, you lose all of the benefits of the anklet while still suffering from the downsides. This ends when the proper amount of meat has been consumed. Any foodstuff that is not meat tastes bitter and intolerable.
