A small flute like item that is carved from the spine of a Bone Naga. Playing this item causes a sound that can be heard by undead from 600 feet away.
While attuned to the item, you can play it to preform a ritual to create a Bone Naga. (Using the spell list as if it was a Spirit Naga in life). The ritual takes one hour and requires the scales of a yuan-ti or similar creature, a gemstone worth at least 100gp. And the brain of a spellcaster that was slain within the last two hours. The ritual itself takes one hour, and at its conclusion you must succeed a DC 15 intelligence (Arcana) check, otherwise the ritual fails and the components, other then the Pungi are destroyed. Only one Bone Naga can be created at a time. If you attempt to create another while another exists, the oldest one crumbles to dust.
The Bone Naga is friendly to you and obeys your commands. You may also telepathically communicate with it from any distance so long as you and it are on the same plane of existence. Once the ritual is successful, you cannot preform the ritual again for another sixty days.
