Weapon (dagger), very rare (requires attunement by a Atlan Citizen)

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Whenever you slay a creature with an attack using the dagger,  part of the creature’s essence is absorbed. The dagger can hold 5 charges of essence.

While the dagger is within 5 feet of you, your dreams are haunted by whispers of your fallen people.

While attuned to this dagger, you have advantage on all intimidation(charisma) checks.

When you roll a natural 20 on your attack roll with this magic weapon, the target takes an extra 7 points of lightning or thunder damage.

The dagger has the following additional properties:

Cold Revenge.  As a bonus action, take 1d4 damage to imbue the cold of the depths of Atlan to the dagger.  For 1 minute the dagger does an extra 3d6 cold damage.

Siphon Vitality. As a bonus action, you can release any number of essence from the dagger to regain 1d10 hit points per essence released.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
