Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)

This ancient pocket watch that mixes relics of the old empire and the modern technology of the Savra Desert was used by a ruthless criminal and wizard known as Colorado "Snake Eyes" Harrison who had infamously bad luck. It has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn.

When you cast a Divination or Necromancy spell that has Concentration you can spend 1 charge to gain Advantage on checks made to maintain Concentration on that spell for as long as it is up.

You can spend 2 charges as a Bonus Action to ensure that the lowest you can roll on your next d20 roll is a minimum of 13.

You can spend 3 charges as an Action to summon the spirits of dead desert outlaws that Snake Eyes had killed in life, leading to a storm of spectral bullets being launched in a 30ft cone. Creatures in the cone need to make a DC 13 Dexterity Saving Throw. On a fail, the creature takes 7d4 Necrotic damage. On a success, they take half that damage.

Notes: Damage: Necrotic, Damage, Debuff, Combat
