The Mask of Ni'isintil is a striking artifact crafted from a blend of sapphire and cobalt dragon scales, adorned with intricate designs in gold and embedded with bright yellow gemstones that mimic dragon eyes. When worn, the eyes glow softly, shedding dim light in a 5-foot radius. The mask is both intimidating and mesmerizing, embodying the paradox of beauty and danger.
Ni'isintil's Resolution. You have immunity against lightning damage and resistance to lightning and force damage. If you already have immunity to lightning damage from another source, whenever you are subjected to lightning damage, you take none of that damage and regain a number of hit points equal to half the lightning damage dealt.
Ni'isintil's Majesty. While you are wearing no armor, you can add your primary modifier bonus to your Armor Class.
Ni'isintil's Breath. You gain the ability to exhale breaths of lightning in an 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 55 (10d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This ability recharges on a 6.
Ni'isintil's Senses. You gain darkvision out to 60 feet, or to an additional 60 feet if you already have that sense. Once per day, you can gain blindsight out to 30 feet for 1 hour. If bonded to another creature, the wearer can share senses with Ni'isintil.
Draconic Resonance. When attuned, the wearer can communicate telepathically with any blue dragons within a 5-mile radius.
Empathic Link. The wearer feels a tug in the direction of their bonded creature if they are within 10 miles.
Ni'isintil's Tongue. You can speak and understand Draconic and Abyssal. You also have advantage on any Charisma check you make against blue dragons.
Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If you fail a saving throw, you can choose to succeed instead.
Lingering Shock. If you deal lightning damage to a creature, it can’t take reactions until its next turn.
