Wondrous Item, legendary
This mythical item is said to embody the very power of sprites into every day tasks.
When ever you fail a saving throw or ability check, a leprechaun appears and kicks you in the shins, dealing 1d4 of damage, then disappears again. Once you have the amulet in your possession this effect applies. The amulet also becomes attached to you and can never become unequipped no matter what. This item can not be destroyed or removed in any way.
