Description:
Crafted by a Fire elemental and imbued with a spark of divinity from the god of music themselves, this armor is crafted from interlocking metallic rings of very fine quality and comes with a set of gauntlets that are inscribed with flowing sigils along their edges. The rings are crafted from black iron and colored in a design that from afar makes the armor look like living fire as a person moves about and when the armor's effect is activated the armor becomes warm to the touch.

Activation Prerequisite: (Verbal, Somatic, Material) To activate the armor's effect the wearer must snap their fingers rythmically and whistle intimidatingly while shuffling from one foot to the other and then point at the desired targets and state loudly, "Shamonah!"
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 Minute.
Item Ability Description:
Up to three creatures of your choice that you can see within range must make Charisma Saving Throws (SAVE DC-13). Whenever a target that fails this saving throw makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the effect ends, the target must roll 1D4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.
Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
