As a ranged attack you can load and shoot this arrow at a creature or non-magical object of similar or small size or the creature shooting.
On a hit, the arrow deals no damage but instead the target must succeed a wisdom saving throw (DC 14) on success the creature/object switches locations with the one that shot the arrow.
Once used, the arrow vanishes in a puff of blue smoke
Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
