Arcane Chalk of Teleportation functions similarly to normal Arcane Chalk. The user may "write" anything up to 25 characters long and the message will last for 1d6 minutes and can only be percieved by the use of Truesight or Detect Magic after it disappears. A message may be written on a wall, the ground, parchment, or even the air.
Where it differs is thus: the chalk has 10 charges that replenish upon the next dawn. The attuned user may expend a charge to perform a ritual and inscribe a circle of teleportation that can be returned to, from any distance, as long as the attuned individual is not obstructed by an anti-magic barrier. 1 charge is used for every living creature brought with the attuned user. You may have an unlimited number of teleportation circles. However, for every new circle, the attuned user must pass an increasingly difficult CON Save, starting at 0+X, where "X" is the attuned users Arcana modifier. A CON Save is required to maintain the integrity of the spell for each additional individual who must make their own save in order to be teleported with the group, where the DC is always 16. On a failed save the individual who fails is teleported 1d10 hours away from the party's end location. On a CRIT Fail, the individual who fails is left behind.
