Arcane Barrage Circlet

This golden circlet looks to have five glimmering gemstones adorning it from all sides.

This circlet has 5 charges, and regains any expended charges daily at dawn.

Magic Missile. As an action, you can cast the Magic Missile spell by expending a number of charges equal to the spell's level.

Missile Barrage. When you cast Magic Missile through this circlet, or using any spell slots you may have, you can choose to target a single creature with all the missiles. If you do so, you fire a number of extra missiles from the spell equal to the spell's level. For example, if you cast Magic Missile as a 3rd level spell and target only one creature, you fire 8 missiles instead of 5.
