When you would take an action, you may expend one charge of this bracelet and roll a d20. On a ten or higher, the action may be taken as a bonus action instead of an action. On a 9 or below, nothing occurs and you take your turn as normal. When you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 17 or higher, you gain an additional action and bonus action this turn.

The bracelet regains 1d2 + 2 charges daily at dawn.
