The item has one charge and recharges itself after a 10 hour period.
The amulet is on a mithril chain and it has a metal disk with a black gem in its center. The gem has draconic script with strange black words etched with some unknown black substance.
As the amulet charges it gets darker and darker. Once fully charged it no longer reflects any light.
