Weapon (pistol), rare

This specific pistol is, in addition to being an ordinary pistol, possible to be loaded with small pellets of anthrax - A highly toxic biological agent.
The spores will manifest inside the victim, and quickly develop deadly toxins.

As an action, you load and fire one of these rounds. You have an amount of these rounds equal to your proficiency bonus. After a delay of one round, the victim will start developing symptoms of this deadly biological agent. Roll a d4:

On a 1, the spores will manifest on the targets bloodstream, and they will develop weakness to non-magical piercing and slashing damage until the end of their next turn.
On a 2, the spores will manifest as a respiratory virus being exhaled through their system. The spell "Cloudkill" is cast, centered on their position. This version of the spell only lasts one turn, and remains still.
On a 3, the spores will manifest as cutaneous anthrax, and dark ulcers will start appearing on the victims skin. On their next three turns, they will take 1d6 + Your proficiency bonus in Poison damage.
On a 4, the spores will manifest as gastrointenstinal anthrax, and the victim will develop nausea, slowness and fatigue - Their movement speed will slow by 10 ft., and they have disadvantage on their first weapon attack on their turn.

After shooting, the gun will need a quarantine period of one turn - Which means it's impossible to fire the gun twice in a row.

Proficiency with a Pistol allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
