Ankheg Armour

This breastplate has been expertly crafted and bears the mark of Bifund Mountainriver.

Sheathed in the chitinous scales of the ankheg, it provides a greater degree of protection than a traditional breastplate and is not susceptible to rust. This breastplate gives a max dexterity bonus of +3 to AC and resistance to acid damage.

 

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
