Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a by a water genasi)
This talisman has a sapphire gemstone set in the center which seems to ripple like water in the light. The talisman protects the wearer and grants them a +2 bonus to their AC so long as they wear it. Once per short rest, the wearer can activate the talisman as a bonus action, which causes the gemstone to liquify and encase the wearer in a bubble of protective energy for 1 minute. While active, the wearer gains resistance to fire damage and 10 temporary hit points at the start of each of their turns. Once this feature is used, the wearer loses the bonus to their AC until the end of their next short rest.
