A smooth, pristine skull of a humanoid hanging from a chain, its design is its meaning. It reminds the wearer of the inevitability of death, and how that one can only cheat it so many times before the Gatekeeper takes their toll. When attuned, once per day, the wearer can automatically pass all death saving throws and regain a single hitpoint. Once used, the user must wait until the next day to use it again.
