This amulet has a large ruby inside an iron cage linked by a thick rope of iron chain. It weighs heavier than it looks. Attunement requires wearing the chain for a day which adds a level of exhaustion. A con save of 15 during a long rest removes the exhaustion and attunes to the item making it weightless. However a failed save makes the exhaustion level stay despite the long rest. Further attunement attempts are made at a -1 for each exhaustion level.
The amulet grants the wearer a resistance to piercing, slashing, and bludgeoning damage. Furthermore at the end of the wearer's turn they heal 1d6 any damage taken.
The wearer can not be moved by forced movement, slowed, paralyzed, or petrified.
However the wearer has a -10 movement penalty while wearing the amulet.
