While wearing this amulet, you have a +5 Charisma boost. Your Charisma stat can now reach a maximum of 30. You are immune to being charmed.
If you have Fey Ancestry, you gain a half proficiency bonus to all ability checks (except ability checks that already have proficiency or expertise).
If you are a Fey creature, you get an additional attack in combat and are able to use the ruby's charge to cast teleport at will with no components in addition to the Fey Ancestry buff.
The amulet has 1 charge, which it regains when the wielder takes a short rest.
