Aegis Shield of Absorbtion

While wielding this shield, you have resistance to lightning damage, and you can use your reaction to cast the "Absorb Elements" spell when you are targeted by an attack that deals elemental damage or when you take lightning damage. You regain the ability to do so at dawn.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
