As an Action an entity can set the device to explode on impact or an amount of time up to a minute (intervals of 6 seconds) and place or throw the object up to 6*the users strength modifier. If the device is on a timer and takes damage (AC10) it will explode. When the device detonates all creatures within a radius of 20 feet must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, on a failed save the target takes 4d6 fire damge and 4d6 force damage and be knocked prone. On a successful save the target takes half damage and is not knocked prone. If at the end of a round and the device does not explode the device arcane power increases by 1d6 fire and 1d6 force.
