This arrow does an additional 1d4 acid damage to any other damage it would otherwise deal. Also, when it strikes a target, it creates a cloud of mist in a 10-foot sphere around the target which lasts for 5 rounds. Creatures inside the cloud have their vision lightly obscured, and any creature who begins its turn in the cloud or enters it for the first time on its turn must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 1 acid damage, taking none on a success.
If you have 4 Arrows of the Elements, the arrow gains +1 to hit, its extra damage becomes 1d6, the radius becomes 20 feet, the save DC becomes 14, the damage on a failure becomes 1d4, and creatures now take half damage on a successful save.
If you have 8 Arrows of the Elements, the arrow gains +2 to hit, its extra damage becomes 2d6, the mist becomes fog which heavily obscures the vision of creatures inside the cloud and creatures attempting to look through the cloud, the save DC becomes 16 feet, and the damage on a failure becomes 2d4.
If you have 12 Arrows of the Elements, the arrow gains +3 to hit, its extra damage becomes 3d6, the radius becomes 30 feet, the save DC becomes 18, and the damage on a failure becomes 3d4.
Notes: Damage, Combat, evocation
