This arrow deals an additional 1d4 necrotic damage to any other damage it would otherwise deal. Also, when it strikes a target, that target becomes cursed for 3 rounds. While cursed in this way, when the creature begins its turn, it must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 necrotic damage, taking half damage on a success.
If you have 4 Arrows of the Elements, this arrow gains +1 to hit, its extra damage becomes 1d6, the save DC becomes 14, and the damage on failure becomes 1d6.
If you have 8 Arrows of the Elements, this arrow gains +2 to hit, its extra damage becomes 2d6, the save DC becomes 16, and the damage on failure becomes 2d6.
If you have 12 Arrows of the Elements, this arrow gains +3 to hit, its extra damage becomes 3d6, the save DC becomes 18, and the damage on failure becomes 3d6.
