This exquisitely crafted amulet appears to be an intricate, dark silver pendant adorned with a blood-red gemstone at its center. When you attune to the Amulet of Bloodbound Vitality, you gain access to its unique abilities tied to the essence of your fallen foes.

Blood Harvest (Recharge 1d4 Hours): As an action, you can use the amulet to harvest the essence of a defeated enemy, storing a vial of their blood within the amulet's gemstone. Roll a 1d4 to determine the number of Hours it takes for the amulet to recharge this ability. You can store a maximum of three vials of blood within the amulet.

Blood Infusion: While attuned to the amulet, you can consume a vial of stored blood as a bonus action to gain one of the following benefits for 1 minute:

Vital Restoration: You regain hit points equal to your Constitution modifier + half your character level at the start of each of your turns for the duration.

Fury Unleashed: You gain advantage on all attack rolls and deal an additional 1d6 necrotic damage with each successful weapon attack.

Evasion of Blood: You ignore difficult terrain and Your Dexterity score increases by 2 (to a maximum of 22) for the duration, and you have advantage on Dexterity saving throws.

Once you use a vial of blood, it is consumed, and you must harvest more blood from fallen enemies to replenish the amulet's supply.

Bloodbond Resilience: the amulet provides a constant benefit while attuned. You have resistance against all Non-Magical damage types, additionally, with attuned the Amulet pauses your time/ lifespan and you cannot be magically aged.
