A dark scarlet leather drawstring bag with an embossed reptilian eye on one side, when opened allows access to a portal network leading to a centralized location. This is the fourth in the series of such Portal Points. This bag has no interior space.
This centralized location has an interior space has the dimensions of about roughly 20x40x110ft (HxWxD). The bag weighs 25 pounds. Retrieving an item from the bag requires an action. Inside the centralized location is an attendant who searches for items and will present them to owner of that Point per the direction of it's master (owner of the centralized location not the being in possession of the Portal Point). The attendant chronicles all things withdrawn, placed into, requested from the centralized location, and by whom.
If the bag is pierced, or torn, it ruptures and is destroyed, cutting off it's connection to the interior space. The bag can not be turned inside out.
Placing a Araliss' Portal Point inside an extradimensional space created by a handy haversack, portable hole, or similar item instantly destroys both items and opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can't be reopened.
Notes: The names of the master, attendant, organization that membership is required for attuning, and of the centralized location are up to the DM's discretion. The idea behind this item is to have a powerful being, similar to a warlock patron, give a tangible reward to their followers/members. , member of The Fold, Teleportation, Utility, Container
