The Jevelar Stone dampens all magic and magical effects in a 500ft radius around the stone. If the stone is held it can be deactivated.
Any enchantment or magical effect not affected by the will of a sentient being is negated while in the realm of the Jevelar. All other abilities or effects require a DC 20 save to cast or have disadvantage.
