This blade seems to be made of a fragment of the night sky. It is unbreakable and deals 3d8 slashing damage and 4d8 force damage. If wielded with two hands it deals 3d10 slashing damage and 4d8 force damage. It has 15 charges and regains 1d4+3 expended charges at dawn each day.
Astral Crown. You can expend 5 charges as a bonus action to cast the spell Crown Of Stars.
Astral Song. You can expend 8 charges as an action to have the blade emit a ethereal song. All enemies who hear this song feel a terrible mourning in their hearts and must make a DC 20 wisdom saving throw, taking 12d6 psychic damage on a failure, or half that on a success.
Power Of The Stars. You can spend an action if it is in the night or in twilight to expend all 15 charges and call down the energies of the stars. If it is twilight choose up to 3 targets. Divide 20d6 force damage as you please between them. If it is in the night choose up to 3 targets and divide 25d6 force damage between them.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
