Blessed Relic. This ornately gilded staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it - its damage is radiant. While you hold it, you gain a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls and your spell save DC. Lastly, you gain +1 to your Armor Class and all Saving Throws while attuned and holding the staff.
Enochian. While you are attuned and wield this staff, you can change the damage type of any spell you can normally cast to radiant. You can choose one of the following effects to make permanent in the staff; A) Spells that naturally deal radiant damage have it maxed while casted using this staff. B) Healing obtained from this staff is maximized.
Angelic Thunder. The words of Seraph Flauvel. It serves as Marietta's signature card and spell. To use this ability, you must first chant these words aloud, "O gatekeeper of the sanctified realm... Retribution awaits those who defile thy home." As you complete the chant as an action, you are able to cast Sunburst as a 9th level spell. You can choose to make this damage type of this spell thunder, lightning, or radiant. You can do this ability once a week.
Spells. The staff has 20 charges for the following properties. It regains 2d10 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 20, the staff regains all charges.

This legendary relic once belonged to the Arch-Angel Marietta. Marietta (マリエッタ Marietta) is a recurring Angel in the Dept. Heaven series who was introduced in Riviera: The Promised Land as "Archangel". She is beautiful and imposing, and has been the designated guardian angel of Heaven's Gate before her descent into darkness.
