A circular medallion with a 1 foot circumference, upon attunement it takes the shape most pleasing to the eye for whomever gazes in it as an action.
For 1 action you may gaze into the amulet and roll 1 hit dice of your class and regain that many hp. May not be used by any 1 person more then 1 time per long rest.
