With this item you can add your INT modifier to the weapon damage
When the wielder is targeted by a spell that targets only them, they may use their reaction to make an arcana check with DC equal to 10+the spells level, If the wieldier succeeds the check, then the spell is negated, and the wilder gains an extra 1d6 damage of the same element that was negated. If the spell negated was not an elemental damage type, the wilder instead gains temp HP equal to twice the spells level + Int modifier.
To perform this reaction, the wielder must expend a spell slot equal to half of the spell level that was cast at the target (rounded UP)
The wielder can do this a number of times equal to their proficiency bonus per short rest.
