Amulet of Veritas

A golden, palm-sized amulet depicting a winged lion rearing onto its hind legs. Its jaws open in a roar. Wings flaring proudly. Only the wearer can read the name Veritas inscribed onto the back along with the motto of the Vortagan family: Truthful of Heart, Righteous of Wrath.

Once per long rest, as an action, the wearer can invoke the power of a Soar. Each creature of the wearer’s choice in a 10 foot radius must make a DEX saving throw against wearer’s spell DC or take 2d8 fire damage and 2d8 radiant damage. Or half damage on a success.

While attuned to this amulet, the wearers charisma modifier is increased by 2.

Once per long rest,  as an action, the wearer can cast the Invisibility spell (self only)
