The eyes of an ancient oracle of Vecna, removed after death. Attuned to by gouging out both eyes and replacing them with these. Everything the user sees can also be seen by Vecna. Attunement to these eyes is permanent and cannot be reversed through any means except death. If eyes are removed before ressurection, you are permanently and irreversibly blinded.
Grants 60ft of darkvision, blindsight and truesight but your ordinary vision is also capped at 60ft. Also grants advantage on Perception (Wisdom) checks that rely on sight and you can sense magical objects as if under the effects of the Detect Magic spell within a range of 30ft.

7x daily: borrowed knowledge, locate animals or plants, locate object, find traps,
5x daily: clairvoyance, arcane eye, locate creature
3x daily: legend lore, scrying, find the path
1x daily: foresight
