Arakuza

A very famous gunslinger once run around these streets .... Mitsoshi Arakuza has never ending love for his gun since he names it after his name. Even he normally seems calm and reasonable person in normal life by others... when he draw his gun , his all attidute immideatly change to something can be called madness. His victim always found with at least 6 or 7 bullet holes on their head , arms or legs ... We pretty sure that he loves to play with his victims before finish them of . First shot their legs and immobilize them then shot their arms and make sure they cant resist ... and lastly shot both vital point ( head and heart ) to end it all. ( Of course he sometimes shot more than that for fun ) We only know now that most of his targets related to a certain group called "Stake at Angel's Heart"  and we also thought reason behind his madness actually anger towards to this group of people. After his dead they say every individual which hold his gun , feel the same anger and joy when they shot with the gun like feeling his soul inside them . 

Stake at Angel's Heart  is group of people which gather around for fight against priestes and paladins of Hiara " Mother of Heavens , Godess of Order and Balance " . They mostly formed of peoples which suffers from actions of Himaira's "Religious members of Hiara believers like pristest or paladins " But person who lead them still hide its identity even now. 

Himaira  is religious group which consist with belivers of Hiara and take actions by her name. Their main base located on Winecara " Capital city of Wellingrad ,located in northen region"

Feels Better Each Time 

Every succesfull shot made by Arakuza lower its crit roll by 1, and every failed one erase 1 stack of this effect ( max can stack 3 times, 17 or above to crit)

Why you have to experience all the fun by yourself !! Old owner of this gun also wants to shot some bullets with you. Once every encounter you can summon Mitsoshi and make him shot with you . After your shot he dissapear sadly. His shot also deal same dmg as yours , it can be effected by "Feels Better Each Time" but cannot raise its stack ." 2 shot but one stack"

!! Because of Arakuza's love to his pistol ,whoever wields it also feels the same feelings to it which incrase proficiency to this weapon by 1 BUT if you wield another weapon and then wield Arakuza again you have -1 proficiency to this weapon until long rest !!

Proficiency with a Pistol allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
