Dearly held secrets of some of the most powerful entities in all the planes are contained within the pages of this tome. Though it will not give up it's secrets easily.
The book contains an Index, 72 filled pages, and 3 blank pages. The index references whom each page represents. Each page contains detailed information about a specific extraplanar entity, including the means of summoning them. To learn this information the reader must either meet the entity and have them reveal their page; or else pass a steep Arcana check (25) to attempt to decipher the ever-shifting runes on the page. The reader can attempt this once every 24 hours. The blank pages can be used to create an additional summoning ritual for one willing target each. The level of the summons are limited to 4 + summoner level. A summoning ritual takes 10 minutes due to the complex scribing involved for the summoning diagram. Once summoned the entity is bound to either:
-Answer 3 questions, which it must answer honestly.
-Fight alongside the caster for 1d4 hours (relationship with the target effects duration [+/-])
(Beware of commands that conflict with the summons alignment, as the Ars Goetia may allow retribution for unreasonable orders)
Once the Ars Goetia has been used to summon an entity it cannot be used again for 24 hours.
