A creature attuned to this amulet may use the special action "conjure dark nimbus" once a day.
Conjure Dark Nimbus: You spend 1 hour performing a ritual. at the end of the ritual, a dark cloud follows you, 500 feet above the surface of the ground. The cloud has a radius of 200 feet. Plant life under the cloud withers and dies if it is not resilient enough, and any present bestial wildlife is frightened, and must flee the area or take 1d6 necrotic damage for every hour it spends under the cloud. If the area has bright light, it becomes dim light, and colors seem to drain from affected area while in effect.
This amulet allows the user to cast dimension door once per day, gaining the ability back after a long rest.
