Amulet of Exertion

While wearing this amulet, you gain the following benefits:

• Your Constitution score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.

• While you are wearing this amulet, you can use an action to cast the Haste spell on yourself. You can use a bonus action to end the effects of the spell early without suffering from lethargy. If the spell ends by any other means (including the spell lasting for its full duration), you suffer from lethargy when the spell ends.

If the spell ends as a result of failed Constitution saving throw to maintain your concentration, you additionally gain one level of exhaustion. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, you gain two levels of exhaustion instead. Once the amulet has been used this way, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
