Arrow of Entanglement

A trick arrow used by archers who need to do non-lethal take downs of targets. Its is a strange contraption, but in practice, execution is done as intended.

The arrow of entanglement does not deal damage. Instead, when you hit a target with it, the target must make a DC 15 Dexterity Saving Throw or become restrained. The target can use their action to attempt to break out, by attempting a DC 15 Athletics or Acrobatics check. 

After being used, the arrow can be repackaged by taking 10 minutes to rebuild it.
