11-20 the meal explodes

21-30 the meal is burnt to a crisp

31-40 the meal is burnt, you can eat it buts its taste is horrible

41-50 the meal is poor tasting but looks edible

51-60 the meal looks good and tastes good its an avreage meal

61-70 the meal taste and looks when the cooks grandma made it

71-80 the meal is the best meal the cook or other pepole has have

81-90 dragons want to pay for the meal and give the cook a universal copirghts 

91-100 the meal is godlike and the gods give the cook planar copirights, ask for the recipie and give him a charm evrery day (the player cant have a charm or else they will skip a day)

The ring (regerates 10Hp and gives 10 temp Hp) to the cook if he rolls 50 or higer "because the cook is proud and so is the ring even if its a none sentient item"
