Arrow, Splintering. When you hit a creature with a splintering arrow or bolt, it explodes into wooden or bone shards. The target takes an additional 1d8 piercing damage & each creature within 5 feet of the target must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 1d8 piercing damage. Once it explodes, the ammunition is destroyed.
